haha j/k, I'm new to this forum but I just finished having a tt engine swapped into my 91 2+2. I took it to a shop instead of doing it myself b/c I'm in my last year of school and got antsy (bad idea!). Took it out and it didn't seem "incredible" and it would stall out at stop lights. After adding a boost guage I found out I was only boosting like 3 to 4 psi. Shortly after I found out that I think my driverside turbo is gone (blueish smoke from drivers tailpipe and oil dripping from intercooler piping). Well I looked at everything and one of the intake pipes wasn't even connected at all, not to metion there were vaccume hoses not even hooked up at all in certain places. I hooked the things I saw up but I think I'm going to wait and pull the motor myself and upgrade a few things (like the turbos) and delete some others. Sorry for the long post, I just thought I would share my sobb story. I'm almost to the dark side though!
